As a twin Mom of 3 I know how important it is to perform at your best and prevent injury. The truth is that most people have lost their connection to the core, exposing them to injury and declining performance. But it doesn’t have to be that way! Through targeted breathing exercises, technique focused workouts, and gentle stretching my clients see fast results. Whether you just had a baby (or two!), are a professional athlete or just aspire to be more active, you will feel seen, challenged, and educated in every class.
